Set Default OWA Mode to Light
Hi, by default, Exchange 2007 puts OWA logon page with Premium selected. Is there a way to change this option without disable the premium option?Tanks

Well, if the client supports it, dont you want them to use the premium version? You lose alot of features in Light mode:http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/09/13/428901.aspx

Although I agree with Andy that there are some nice features in Premium that you may not want to lose, I guess you could have a specific reason for asking this question so just to point out that buried within the comments on the link that Andy posted are the two main ways of doing what you want:To set the restriction on the Virtual Directory for all users, you make the following call in PowerShell: Set-owavirtualdirectory –id:<id of virtual directory> -PremiumClientEnabled:$false To set it for a particular user, you could call: Set-CasMailbox –id:<id of mailbox> -OWAPremiumClientEnabled:$falseNeil Hobson, Exchange MVP

Sounds like the OP still wants it available.

Hi, the reason is that we are changing the BASE OWA theme. The designer, as you could imagine, uses a MAC OS and prefers the OWA light. For me, and for all, i suggest the premium, also have a lot of new features in SP2.Tanks for the sugestions.Regards
