I work for a transit property and We us excel for most of our files. We currently keep track of our daily detail cleans that our hostlers do nightly through excel. We assign a letter number to a day of the week (A-G)  so that we know what bus's need to be detailed for that week. This changes week to week. For example the Monday that past (26th) was B. Next Monday is G. We have four Hostlers who have a set list of buses all labeled with corresponding letters. What I was wanting to know is if there were a way to input our daily detail clean calendar to excel that has the dates and letters and the list of bus's that the Hostlers are assigned and have excel show you what bus's they should be cleaning for that specific week.

This seems cannot be achieved easily with any formulas or built-in features, we probably need some VBA codes here.
