Setting Up Multiple Date/Time Meetings and sending only one meeting invitation
I want to put weekly appointments on several peoples calendars that occur on 3 different days of the week at different times over a 3-month period. I would like to physically put on one calendar and have them automatically put on the other
peoples calendars with only one e-mail to each of them.
We use Outlook 2010. We are
connected to an exchange server. I was able to do it with our previous version of Outlook by
setting up the series on my calendar, adjusting the dates and
times, and then forwarding a meeting request to
several people with only one meeting request for them to accept.
When I do it the same way in 2010, it still sends them a meeting request for each date I changed or deleted.
So instead of one meeting request that they need to accept, they get many.

Hi
I tried in outlook 2010, it can choose 3 different days in a week but only on one fixed time.
If you want 3 different time, you need send 3 meeting request, and it is by design.
As you said, you could do it with previous version of Outlook. What version? Could you explain in more detail?
