Setting a Connector to block users from Sending Email Externally
We are looking to block emails of users that should not be sending emails externally from our exchange server. Up until recently we did not give users external email addresses that didn't need to send externally but due to a recent program deploy we need to give all users a proper email address with our domain name. We have created a security group in AD, members of this group should be allowed to send externally. I am looking for any articles or suggestions on best practices to connectors (or any other ideas on how this may be set up)

For Exchange 2000/2003, you can configured the Send Connector to block some users sending emails externally from Exchange Server. For your reference:
