Setting a Message Forword
When I go into Exchange Genreal tab of a user, and select "Delivery Options" in the "Forwarding Address field" the Modify button is grayed out.
It is like this for any user that does not have a forward set.
The mailbox does still exist.
I am looging in as a domain admin

Hi Brad,
Any update?
Based on your description, I have done some tests, and you are using Exchange Server 2003, am I right?
I am not sure whether you select “Forward to:” after you click the button “Delivery Options”, because by default, the box “None”
is selected, so the button “Modify” should be grayed out. If you select box “Forward to:”, the button “Modify” will be activated.
Please feel free to let know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Serena
