Setting up Exchange 2007 in child domain
Hi,
We are currently setting up Exchange 2007 on a child domain (C) in a forest. The child domain DC is within a different subnet and connected to the root domain (R) via RAS.
Wehave completedprepSchema, prepAD on the root DC and child DC, added the admin for domain C to the Enterprise Admin and Exchange Org group, but still encounter the following errors when running the Exchange setup

The child domain DC is a GC. What could be the reason for the above error? thanks

Hi,
The issue occurs if the Administrator account is a member of other groups which might be denied access. Therefore, I suggest you create a new account that is a member of Enterprise Admins, Exchange Organization Admins and Domain Admins in the child domain to test the issue.
