I am trying to set up an IMAP account in Outlook 2013 on a PC which previously had it installed, but removed when I was running W7. I keep getting the messages in the following 3 screen shots:

Do you have any other account in the current Outlook profile?

As the message suggested, your profile is not configured, please go to Control Panel -> Search "mail" and open it, Click "Show Profile" and then "Add", create a new profile then check if you can create the IMAP account.
