You need to set auto reply on the client side http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=291956. From exchange server there is no way you can set it up. How ever there are third party utility that can help you on this http://www.exclaimer.com/auto-responder.aspx?gclid=CKe8jsCthZ4CFcItpAodalVppQRaj

Just a thought, but do you really want to autorespond to all spam that got through? :) Why not direct all e-mail to "old domain" (catchall) to a mail-enabled public folder, and create an auto responder using the folder assistant (i.e. from Outlook). For creating a catchall in 2003: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/324021 Folder Assistant / permissions, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903289 Make sure you enable the "Allow automatic replies" setting in Internet Message Format. When you leave the messages in the public folder you can always reply to them. And don't forget to clean up once in a while :)Michel de Rooij, MCITP Ent.Msg | MCTS W2008, E2k7Conf | MCSE+Msg2k3 | MCSE+Inet2k3 | Prince2 Fnd | ITIL
