Setup will not start
I'm looking for help, I cannot get Exchange 2007 setup to start.I'm running the install from a network share. I have 3 servers to install this on. One of the servers installed fine, and it is running. I now need to install Exchange on the last two, but have the exact same problem. All three servers are brand new with a fresh formatted NTFS partitions with Win2k3 x64 R2. I try to double-click setup.exe, and it opens the first screen that contains links to install .net 2.0, PowerShell, and MMC 3.0, etc. All those are installed so the next step, Step 4, is the next one to click on. I click on it, and I get a copying files dialog... a few minutes later I'm returned to the first screen with the Steps 1 through 5 displayed. No error, and it is just an endless loop. I've tried recreating my user profile on the server, re-extracting the setup files from the ISO, re-formatting and re-installing the OS, nothing is working.Whats up with that?

Fixed it. Ended up dropping $245 for microsoft support to tell me to copy the install files down to a local disk. Works like a champ.Note to self: try to install from a local disk, not a network share before wasting $245.
