Share a standard signature on emails
Hi, I am running SBS 2003 Premium. We are looking to standardize our signature on our emails. I wanted to know if there is a way I can do this at the server level instead of the PC level so all clients receive the generic signature. Thank You, Vinny

This is not possible with Exchange 2003 alone, you will need a third party product, many out there on the market. Exchange 2007 (SBS 2008)offers the ability to add disclaimer to all mail messages. Shaun

Agreed, not possible in 2003. How evere you can use third party tools like GFI etc.Have a look into this http://www.experts-exchange.com/OS/Microsoft_Operating_Systems/Server/SBS_Small_Business_Server/Q_23892419.htmlRaj

Agree with the friends above, you could
1. Deploy an Outlook add-on that stamps disclaimers
2. Third-party solutions.
