Hi thereWe are looking for a shared calendar solution and wonder if anyone has any ideas please. Mr.Important works for company A and has now become a shared head of service with company B, different domain organisations/forest. Mr.Important's calender for both companies needs to be in sync and viewable by his assistants and managers at both sites.Any ideas would be much appreciated as the only solutions we have found so far do not give us what we need. Hello, To sync two different calendars you need to use some third party utility since it is not possible natively in Exchange. You can look at this 3rd party utility if it supports cross-forest calendar sync. http://www.diditbetter.com/

Per my knowledge, thats correct. However, there may have 3rd party tools that can do the sync on the web you can also try, just like the one suggested by Amit
