Shared Mailbox Access - User Query
Hi Team
It’s related to one of the shared mailbox(Users Those who have full Mailbox Access). They added as Secondary mailbox in all users
outlook whoever has access to it
User question is, if a colleague sends a message with a From “Field” of the Group Mailbox ID on the outlook, the recipients will
be receiving mail from Group Mailbox ID but the mail sent will be stamped in the user’s sent item rather than Group Mailbox’s sent items
How can we do that? is it Possible that sent items should be stored on user mailbox rather than Group mailbox? Please help if any possible

That's the way it's supposed to work. The message wasn't sent by the
other mailbox, it was sent by THIS mailbox.

I didn't say it was free.

I don't think you'll find anything. If your time is worth anything
you've already spent more than the cost of a couple of licenses.

If you want to keep all the mail in the same mailbox, even if it's
deleted, then it *is* helpful to you.
