Shared Mailbox calendar with Send-As permission will behave as you are experiencing. If you are worried, remove the send as permission and assign send on behalf of permission, which will show who book the calender on behalf of shared mailbox

Now the users can able to post their own status in that shared mailbox calendar, but problem is i can't able to find which user post which status, that means i can't able to see the username in the shared mailbox calendar. How can i resolve this? Hi Umag, Yes, if you use Outlook 2007, when you double click the meeting item to open it, you can't find which user posted it(From field). The workaround is to click the Forward buttom, thus you can see the sender(From: user On behalf of sharemailbox) in the meeting body. By the way, if you use Outlook 2010, after you open the calendar item, The From field displays by default. Frank Wang TechNet Community Support

Hi Frank, I don't want to forward the calendar to anybody, instead of that user manually add the shared mailbox in his/her outlook or OWA then they can able to post their own status in the shared calendar it could be reflected on the shared calendar with that username. So all the user knows everyone's status through this shared mailbox calendar. I think you got my requirement now. Can you please help me it could be possible or not. Thanks in advance Please let me know if you need any clarifications regarding this.

I don't want to forward the calendar to anybody, Hi Umag, Clicking on the Forward buttom is just for checking From field in the meeting body. You don't need to forward the meeting. As I said, this is just a workaround in Outlook. In Outlook 2010, after you double click to open the meeting item, you will see From field directly. Frank Wang TechNet Community Support

Try with this shell command Get-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity "Shared Mailbox Name" | FL Name, OrganizerInfo If it is set to false, set it as true Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity "Shared Mailbox Name" -OrganizarInfo $true test the same and inform the status. There is another shell command which will place the organizer name in the subject line, if you wish you can try the same by Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity "Shared Mailbox Name" -AddOrganizerToSubject $true Above command will work only when Automate processing of shared mailbox calendar is set to Auto Accept.

Hi Satya11, Thanks for the reply. Actually i am looking for vacation calendar it should used by all the employees in my company to enter their corresponding status of their availability on upcoming days. So it needs to updated automatically in the shared mailbox calendar. So each one user knows the status of other users availability through that shared mailbox calendar. I think now you get the clear idea about what i am looking for. Please let me know if you need any clarifications regarding this. Thanks in advance.
