What version of Exchange and Outlook is it? You can do this with the help of Office Outlook 2007 using the publish calendar option. Please refer Share Calendars with Local Users using Internet PublishingThe article itself is pretty self explainatory however if you are trying to deploy it at enterprise level you may want to deploy an IIS box seperately to host the website described in above article.MMilind Naphade | MCTS:M | http://www.msexchangegeek.com

First have them log into OWA. Then they can click this link to view the other person shared calendar: https://server/owa/user@domain.com/?cmd=contents&f=calendar So if John wants to view marks calendar then it would be https://server.company.com/owa/mark@company.com/?cmd=contents&f=calendarVinod

Thanks Vinod. Your answer is getting closer to what I'm looking for, however, I want people outside our organization to be able to access this calendar without being prompted to logon. They don't have an account in our Active Directory. Of course this would need to be view only access. How can I accomplish this? Thanks,Roger

That is unsupported. The users who would like to access the Outlook's shared calendar which has to to the authentication via the ObjectSID attribute of the user. However, there is no mailbox account in local AD forest for the external user, so the ObjectSID is unavailable.Vinod
