In Exchange 2010 and earlier, you could just give users a URL to a shared calendar and you could view it via OWA. Does anyone know what the URL is, or how to do that in Exchange 2013?

I think what you are asking about is what is known as Outlook Web App Web Parts (which suggests to me that they are supposed to be easy to expose in SharePoint). Unfortunately, it seems that they just don't work in E2013 as they did before.
What I think will work, is to open the folder in the way that Sneff_Gabor has suggested, and look in your IIS log files to see what the requested resource is, and what the querystring is, and build the URL for yourself from
