Shared calendar organiser appointments not updated
Hi All,I'm running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003, with clients running a mix of OL2003 and OL2007.The problem I'm having has so far only manifested itself on clients running OL2007.I have two users, A and B, both sharing their calendar with each other (Editor permissions on each for each)User A sets up a meeting, inviting various people through the organisation. The meeting then needs to be changed, so User B opens the meeting from User A's calendar and edits the time, sending out updates to the meeting attendees. The attendees receive and accept the update and the meeting updates in their calendars without issue. User B can also see the change reflected in User A's calendar, ie. she sees it as being at the new time. However, if User A looks at her own calendar, the meeting is still at the old time. When checking the Scheduling tab, the attendees all have the new time shown but the meeting organiser still does not. This is an intermittent fault, happening rarely. The Users often perform this kind of function and it certainly doesn't happen consistently, just three times recently.Has anyone any ideas? I'm happy to accept there may be some user error here, but I'm doubtful as these Users regularly perform this action...Thanks in advance for your help..

Hi Xiu,Thanks for your reply...I have tried launching Outlook with this switch but no good.... the appointment still shows at the earlier time on the original meeting organiser's calendar, but not when viewed by other people...Any other things to try? Thanks again,Ross
