We migrated from lotus notes to exchange 2007 sp1 a while back, but we are having some issues with providing users with a solution to their requirements on shared mailboxes. Here are the requirements. No one can delete anything. Users must be able to move items from the inbox to another folder, they are organized by project. When they send mail as that mailbox it must go to the sent items of the mailbox they are sending as. Any ideas..

If you want to preserve all users messages, please use Journaling to backup the mail flow As for Send as, sender can send the mails by using From field, instead of going to original users mailbox if you granted this permission.
