Hi, You can use pfdavadmin (a free download from Microsoft) to assign the necessary permissions on user calendars. Leif

Leif, Thanks for this. I've downloaded the PDFAVADMIN tool from Microsoft, and can see the permissions on mailboxes with it. However, I want to allow a group of people (called "Staff"), rather than just an individual user, to access a calendar, and can't find a way to do that. Is it possible? Thanks again, Gary
