Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book is enabled but I want to disable

I am trying to disable our users from being able to resolve contacts that are in their address book when composing a message. When I try on my account to disable the "Contacts" folder from showing as an Address Book under properties -> outlook address book, the option is checked and greyed out. How can I disable this? Is there a way that I can do that for my whole organization?

I am running Exchange 2013 with outlook 2013 running under cached mode. The email accounts are added through autodiscovery.

Go to people hub, on the left side, right click on "Contacts" and select properties. In the dialog that comes up there is a tab called "Outlook Address Book" Click on that. There is a setting there which is the one that I am saying is greyed out and I cannot disable. It is "Show this fodler as an e-mail address book"
