Sign in to outlook after move mailbox to exchange 2013

Users are prompted to restart outlook after the mailbox is moved to exchange 2013.

But what about mailboxes used by a application. We never sign in to those mailboxes.

I have seen applications which sends mail stops working with mapi error. I then sign in to the mailbox used by the application and receive the popup "your exchange made a change and you need to restart outlook and sign in" after the sign in the application can send mail again.

No need to do that.

This case is only for "outlook client".

Because you change the endpoint to another exchange server , so outlook have to learn new topology.
