Slow Reseed
I am running a reseed but it's taking forever. I don't have the fastest of networks, but usually a ressed takes around 12 hours to run. This time, after 12 hours it was less than 1/4 of the way done. There is nothing abnormal in my event logs to indicate there is a problem.I decided to kill the reseed to try it again. I started it but after about an hour the progress bar hasn't even appeared yet.Is there any logging I can turn on to see what it's doing?Any idea

How fast is the link? Are the servers on the same subnet? I'm assuming you are using the public network connection to do the reseed. Is it operating at the maximum possible speed (eg 100MB FDX? 1GB?)Jim McBee - Blog - http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com
