Slow cross connection - Exchange 2013
I'm having some issues where my Outlook clients hang when connecting across servers. My setup is a Netscaler balancing two multirole servers. If the user is balanced to EXC1 and their mailbox database is active on EXC1 then it's no problem
and everything works as normal. If the users mailbox is still active on EXC1, but the user is balanced to EXC2 then there is about a 30-60 second delay where Outlook hangs and is unable to connect. I see this same problem in OWA. Any insight
would be much appreciated.
