Solid Grey Free/Busy Information
Hi We are using Exchange 2003 and Windows XP with Outlook 2003 on our user's PCs. One of our users is having trouble viewing the Free/Busy Information when they need to set up appointments. As far as I know, they are the only person (out of around 200) who is having the problem. They view this person is getting is not the hashed "No Information", but a solid dark grey bar. Any ideas would be appreciated!

James-Luo,Thanks for the reply. As described in my post though, it is not the "No Information"bar next to the Users, but a solid grey bar. We have tried the Outlook /cleanfreebusy switch. Here is a link to ascreenshot of the issue:Outlook issue
