Some received emails are delayed
We have Exchange 2003 SBS. Sometime last week some emails that we receive are coming in about 20 minutes late. Most of the time it's roughly exactly 20. Only certain domains seem to arrive delayed. For example, securesend.org emails arrive about 15-20 minutes late in our inboxes. I checked logs and the emails are timestamped in the log with the delayed time. I've contacted the securesend.org domain and they said they see no problems. I also this morning rebooted the mail server to see if that would fix any delays. We have a 3rd party antispam service but I disabled them temporarily and have the MX record on our server for the time being. I'm sort of unsure where to go from here. Any help in further troubleshooting would be appreciated.

I unfortunately do not know. Assuming they did, is there something I could do on my end?

Hello, When you check the log, did you find when and where the delay occur? If this delay occurred after emails be delivered to your Server, you can use Message tracking to help pinpoint the delay, and check the event log for that time period. If this delay occurred before delivered to your Server, you can contact their domain administrator to work on this issue. Thanks, Evan
