I was trying to use word and a box saying something went wrong popped up. I tried the quick fix, it didn't work. I then followed the online instructing telling me to restart the computer and then if your a home user reinstall office 2013, but I can't find where to re install it.

What am I suppose to do?

This issue might be caused by some factors. Please try the following method before reinstalled Office 2013.

1)Run Word in "Administrative" mode:

To run the Word program in administrator mode, try the step below:

go to Computer, Programs files/Program files X (86).

Look for Microsoft Office ->Office 15.

Look for Winword.exe

Right click on it and click Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab and check the box forRun as admin.
