Spam in a foreign language
I have recently started getting a lot of spam email in a foreign language which looks like Chinese. Is there a way I can block these emails? I have setup content filtering but the SCL and PCL of these emails is 2 so they get through.
I am at a loss as what to try next. Any ideas?

Hi
One work around I could found is to Create a Rule for Foreign Spam on Outlook side.
Please check this blog

For the server side, you can use "Content Filtering", but I prefer Outlook rule, it is better.

Yeah I did that but the problem I have is that rules for Outlook only run when Outlook is open. When I am out of the office I use IMAP, and the rules don't apply unless I stay logged in at the office and leave Outlook running. I can't do that.
I do have content filtering running and it does pretty well for most spam in English as you can add phrases for it to watch out for, however I can't enter foreign characters. I try to copy and past the Chinese subjects but they don't show up correctly
in the EMS. Any other ideas?

Hi
I could not find any article about foreign language filter from Exchange Server, it should be a known issue.
