I have recently set up DirectPush on our Exchange server. When I've sent some test messages, it takes 2-3 minutes from them arriving in the inbox on the Exchange server to them appearing on the mobile device, even though the mobile device is set to synchronise "as messages arrive", Please can someone confirm if this is normal, or if it should be faster?
