Steps to Uninstall Exchange 2007 Server
Hi All, We have one Exchange 2007 SP1 server which has the Mailbox, CAS and HT roles. This server is hard down and has been removed from the network. Now we want to remove this Exchange server from the Exchange management console and also from Active directory. Please help us on how to do a hard uninstall of the Exchange 2007 SP1 Rollup 9 server. Any help is highly appreciated. Sterling

See this - http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrdeploy/thread/84f21467-adaf-47f2-a2de-ca07017df784/ So this server no longer host mailboxes right, i.e any of the roles it peformed have been moved elsewhere, if yes remove as above. Sukh

yes, above thread is good to proceed, you can just open ADSi Edit and remove test exchnage server object from there. It will not display in EMC once you will remove from ADSI. Anil MCC 2011,ITIL V3,MCSA 2003,MCTS 2010, My Blog : http://messagingschool.wordpress.com
