Stop Microsoft SmartScreen from filtering emails into my junk folder
Microsoft Smartscreen keeps filtering emails from a specific email address and is sending them to my "junk folder". I need them to go into my "Inbox". I have tried to set a few rules to make this happen but have been unable to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

You can Enable/Disable your Junk Email Filter using OWA. 

If you want to deliver email to Inbox Folder in Outlook, then you can use SCL (SPAM Confidence Level) score to achieve that.

SCL is assigned to each incoming email by Exchange transport server and is used by SCL Junk Threshold which is defined at Org level.

SCL ranges from -1 to 10. -1 means legitimate emails and 10 means most likely SPAM email.
