Stop overbooking of meetings
Hi AllJust wondering how / what i can do to stop users booking meeting rooms over already booked meetings.. we are using exchange server 2000CheersVish_08

Upgrade to Exchange Server 2007. The only third-party product I would recommend for prior versions is no longer available.

Hi,To prevent the booked meeting request from booked again in Exchange 2007, please just set the AllowConflicts attribute as False on the Room Mailbox.Set-mailboxcalendarsettings -identity roommailbox -allowconflicts -$falseThanksAllen
