I've recently installed Outlook 2013 on my home office PC. Whenever I open outlook it starts to synch and in turn sends ALL the emails in my account to my Outlook account on my iphone and my work PC, so I get inundated with thousands of 'new' emails.

How can I stop this from happening?

In fact I'm having all sorts of operating issues with many of the Microsoft Office 2013 programs as well as windows 8, it's driving me crazy and adding so much more time to my work trying to figure out these new programs...I'm very much considering reinstalling windows 7.

What's kind of message send from your Outlook 2013? Normal email or email from System.

Is there any messasge stuck in Outbox folder when you close the Outlook at last time?

Please launch Outlook in safe mode to check the result. ("Outlook.exe /safe")

By the way, please detail the account type you are using, POP3, IMAP or Exchange?
