Strange issue: Meetings showing up in the wrong innbox
Hello. Please exuse me if this is the wrong place to post a topic like this, but it's one of my first times at the ms forums. My issue arrives from a user in my organisation and I've scratched my head quite allot from thisone. It involves 3 users where of two are constant and the 3'rd can be basicly anyone.Let's put it up like this:X = the user with the problemY= the user that is always constantZ= Can be anyone. My problem is this: User "Z" sends a request for a meeting to user "X" however it's user "Y" that get's these meeting requests.User "Y" then approves the meetings and it does show up correctly in user "X" calendar but user "X" never get's any warnings that she has approved a meeting.Ofc this is frustrating for the user as she misses out of many many meetings because she never get's any feedback from the system that she's been called in.The same happens if user "X" tries to call someone else in for a meeting aswell.User "X" sends a meeting request to user "Z".. User "Z" accept and the accepted meeting ends up at user "Y". User "Y" then needs to give word to user "X" that the person has/has not agreed on the meeting.I hope this makes any sences at all, and that someone somewhere has seens this problem before.Ps. Normal mail seems to work correctly.

Hi, Sounds like user X has given user Y delegate permissions on his calendar. You should be able to see this from his Outlook. Leif

Yes, Slayer. Leifs right, your description is typically the relationship between delegator {Y} and her boss {X}. Please check if thats your case based on this article
