I'm trying to modify the access web app available on the app store for sharepoint, called student contracts.

Specifically, I would like to modify the database so you can add a charge or payment for a student whose course dosent start until the following month.

The way the database is set up, trying to make a charge for a future course causes an error. In other words, students cannot pre-ay for courses or pay deposits.

I know this will be the validation settings for a new bill, but I could do with some advice on what to change.
