Sugestion Mailbox Creation
Hello Friends,
There's a requirement in our organization to create a Mailbox for sugestion. But the concern is to keep the e-mails purely annonymous so that the sender of the mail could not be located by the end user who will operate that Mailbox. I had searched many articles,
and went through various testings but was not at all successful. No tricks applied. At last I thought to ask my friend professionals in Technet forum. Might I get some relevant trick to do so.
Thanks a lot for any reply.. :-)

You can RMS to restric the users to see the email address of that specific Mailbox.

It should work, you should read this article before doing anything.Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah | Blog: www.iExchangeRanger.com

Give "Everyone" the "Send As" permission on the user. Instruct the
people sending the e-mail to use the mailbox name in the "From" header
of the e-mail they send.

You're not going to find a user friendly way of doing this. You can do the send as and also restrict the target mailbox only to receive emails from the send as mailbox so users who forget to do the send as will get rejected by the target mailbox. Or use
sharepoint if you have it, there is a anonymous posting webpart below.

Hello Gulab,
Thanks a lot for your suggestion. But I think this will need a deployment and much more just for a request. But any ways RMS is a good option for this.
Hello Rich,
Your option is a good one which I was already aware of, but the problem is that in this case we have to provide Send As permission to all the intended users one by one which is not a good deal. But definitely appreciate your participation. Thanks..
Hello James,
We do not use Sharepoint. Thanks..
