Is there a way to sync email, address book and calendar between two computers using Office 365 Desktop?

Version of Outlook is irrelevant in reference to your question.

The normal process to sync the same data using multiple devices (laptop, mobile etc) would be to use an email account that supports that capability via either <Exchange ActiveSync> or <Exchange> protocols. Or to put it another way - either an Outlook.com email account or a hosted Exchange email account.

If you want to sync Outlook data directly from one device to another - you'll need to use a 3rd party sync utility such as CompanionLink.
