Can anybody help me out how to sync the GMT time zone when the users arepresent in different time zone for the outlook 2003 and when they schedule the meeting in the caledar the attendee receives one hour delay in the meeting time. Since he was present in different time zone..So can help me out without any third party installing in outlook 2003. Thanks in Advance Raji.s
