Sync issues with outlook and office 365

one computer keeps getting sync issues. This does not have issues with any other computer in the same 365 account.

i have already recreated the outlook profile but the error still comes up in the sync issues folder.

the error log says:

Hi,

Do you mean other machines that configured with the same email account don't have the issue?

Have you ever tried to manually download the Offline Address Book? On the ribbon, go to SEND/RECEIVE tab>Send/Receive Groups>Download Address Book...

If issue persists, please first check that the Background Intelligence Transfer Service (BITS) service is running:

  • Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools, and then click "Services".
  • In the list of services, click "Background Intelligence Transfer Service", and then make sure that the status of this service is set to "Started".

Outlook uses BITS to connect to the URL that's provided by the Autodiscover service. (Outlook use Autodiscover service to automatically configure themselves for access to Exchange server.)

Hope this helps.
