Hi, Base on my research, this is an know issue for Office 14. You can safety ignore this Sync Log. However you can try to rebuild Outlook profile. Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support

Hi, I don't have expierience of Office 14, only earlier versions, but this could be a result of the local copy of the mailbox becoming corrupted. You can force the local copy of the mailbox to be rebuilt by renaming the .ost file in the users windows profile. Close Outlook and then search for a .ost file in the users windows profile. Rename the .ost file that corresponds to the users profile by adding .old to the new of the name. Open Outlook and a new .ost file will automatically be created and the mailbox synched with the Exchange server. This may resolve the issue with synchronization error's. The suggestion from Rowen-Xu will create a new .ost file as well, but with this method you don't lose the customizations to the Outlook profile (e.g. additional mailboxes in the Outlook profile ). Thanks

You can safely ignore those errors but still if you wann know then; You may want to run the scanost.exe file on the local machine, You can locate the scanost.exe file in Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office ####, #### is dependent on the version you're using, most likely Office 14 in your case. Basically the error is telling you that there is a problem with one of the mail objects in the Deleted mail folder and for that particular item delation is getting failed.Clean that Deletd email folder or you can create a new outlook profile as well. Thanks
