using Microsoft outlook 2003. I am getting below exception  when try to display the outlook item. 

But first time I am not getting the exception when open it but second time on wards I am getting the exception. 

After getting exception I am not able to open outlook also. Is its throwing exception operation failed.

Are you using Exchange 2013 with Outlook 2003 in your environment?

Outlook 2003 is not supported client for Exchange 2013. Please configure this problematic user's mailbox in Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 to check whether the Outlook items can be displayed.

If the issue doesn't occur in Outlook 2010, please upgrade your Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010 or later version to solve the issue.
