I'm currently working to create sort of a global address list/ contact list with a select number of individuals and/or groups of individuals in it. I was working through Outlook to achieve this, but was having issues when trying to carry what was done in Outlook to Webmail (OWA). In working on a seperate issue I came across the "All Address Lists" group in the System Manager recipients file; and I noticed it has listings for contacts, groups, users, etc. (all empty right now). Is there a way for me to populate those with the lists that I want, and have it filter into both Outlook and Webmail? If so can anyone point me in the direction of some help for doing so? And, if all this can be done, once they are set up is there a way for users to add to these lists?The contact groups I'm looking to put together would mostly contain lists of external e-mail addresses. Most of these contacts already exist in different users contact lists on their Outlook, Webmail (OWA), or ACT!. Thanks in advance for any help offered.
