Task Scheduler not behaving like XP
Thank you for viewing, hopefully you can shed some light on the subject -
I have a task scheduled in Vista to run a script opening a weblogic server at system start up. If this was done on XP, the script runs, opens the connection, and the task continues to run keeping the connection open. When following the same task setup procedure on Vista, the task runs "successfully" but then ends immediately, closing the server connection. I need the task to continue running. If I manually run the script by double clicking the file, the script runs and does not terminate until i manually cause it to. For some reason, some feature in the new scheduler is "ending" my task when it should leave it running.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I hate to be the one to point this out to you, but you might have better luck with tis question in an XP or Vista newsgroup. Since this is an Exchange newsgroup, it is just luck of the draw that one of us might know the answer. As for me, I haven't a clue.
