Tasks / reminders pop-up for meetings that don't appear to be in the calender - Outlook 2010

Hi,

I am having a problem with Outlook 2010 in that when I receive a meeting request from someone, or initiate one myself and invite others, the actual meeting is not saving to my calendar... however, the auto reminder 15 mins before the meeting appears, which suggests the meeting is saved somewhere.

If I create a meeting in the Outlook 2010 calendar and don't invite anyone else, the meeting will save and appear.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hi Ray,

can you see the meetings when you change the view to the list view?

Maybe one of the following points helps:

  1. reset the view
  2. start outlook with the switch /cleanviews
  3. create a new outlook profile

I hope it helps.

Greetings
