Using Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003.I have one particular user that is experiencing this problem.PROBLEM: The body of her emails are missing when some users reply back to an email and she reads them in Outlook.TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS TEAKEN ALREADY: - Checked email via Webmail and body of text is NOT missing. - Created new profile on same PC and text is STILL missing from the same users. - Created new profile on a DIFFERENT PC and text is STILL missing from the same users.

I figured it out. :o)I overlooked the fact that 'all' the users that were sending to this particular user were using ONE particular PC.Sorry about that. The resolution was uninstalling IE8. After uninstalling it and trying again, the user was able to see the body of the email via outlook.
