I am a IT helpdesk.

Does any one know how to reset the view in sent Items in outlook 2007?

It seems the user did some wrong setting and I did a remote and used Reset Current View for her sent items but nothing happens.

The abnormal showing in the sent item is it shows the user's displaying name in every mail but it should show to someone in each mail. And I rebuilded her outlook profile but it can't work.

Hi,

You need to switch the view to "Sent To", in Outlook 2007 please follow the steps below:

Click View-> Current View-> Sent To.

This should resolve your issue.
