The connection is unavailable

Hi there,

I have just installed a new Exchange environment and i'm testing all the connectivity.

Following things are working:
Incoming and outgoing mail
Email on android
Email on apple
Webmail (owa)

But i'm running in one issue i had before which i'm not able to solve.
Outlook still can't connect.

I create a email profile, set the outlook anywhere settings and press apply.
Then i enter my mailserver adress and my username.
After that it takes a while and gives me a credential menu where i fill in my username and password.

But after that it keeps loading, and says "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connect to complete this action"
Port 443 and Port 80 are forwarded too this environment, and all the "Test Outlook Connectivity" tests are turning out all Green.

EDIT:
My Setup:

All Server 2012 R2 machines
2x DC
2x Exchange 2013 CU9 (in DAG formation)

Internal and External URL's are https://domain.email/.....
Internal DNS has 2 records of domain.email to the internal IP of the two CAS Servers

I Also have a certificate which contains:
autodiscover.domain.email
domain.email
www.domain.email

Anyone who can help me to solve this problem?

Kind regards,
Justin

if your all test connectivity test are green, it should work.  you can check with different Client Machines as may some things wrong with Machines.

do following to isolate the issues

1: open OWA from outside machine and see you can access OWA page without certificate error.

2: can you configure outlook from LAN network

2: can you configure outlook from LAN network

1: OWA open, and shows me a green HTTPS:// (external machine)
2: It works, i have added a computer in the domain and it connects + autodiscovers te settings.

I also added this to the start topic:

Internal DNS has 2 records of domain.email to the internal IP of the two CAS Servers
