Hi;we have exchange 2010 sp2 mail systems.all database mount.but,some users can't access their mailbox from owa in db13.they receive following error message "The item you tried to access no longer exists. The item wasn't found. You or
a delegate might have moved or deleted it using another computer or a mobile phone." can you help me,please.?

Can you move a user from DB13 to another DB and test? If that works could be your DB13.

Why has it failed? Checked logs? High bad items? increase this, if more than 51 or higher, then use the shell to set to AcceptLargeDataloss and test.

created a test user in db13.no problem.test user access mailbox form owa.

Can you try to repair request and see what the results are?
Also, did you look into moving another user to another DB or looking into that failed move

Hi,
Do you have backup for db13?
I recommend you to recover these problematic mailbox from backup and then check the issue again.
