The name could not be matched to a name in the address list
Running Exchange 2003 Standard on Small Business Server. From Outlook a Domain User cannot access the address list. I get the error: "The action could not be completed. The name could not be matched to a name in the address list." If the user is given Domain Admin rights, the user is able to access the list from Outlook. I've looked through security and the security looks correct. I even matched it up with the security in another Domain that is working. Is there another place I am not looking where an Admin could have changed Security that would effect a Domain User from accessing the list?

Does that user show up on the address list?

Yes. The user shows in the address list. But the user set as a domain user in the network does not have access rights. Give the same user Domain Admin rights and they have access to the list.

Check the user's security and see if their permission inheritance is disabled.
