Hi Guys,

I've just configured a new environment for MExchange 2013, however when configuring outlook(2007) for users to use exchange, i get this error

"The name couldnt be resolved, The connection to Microsoft exchange is unavailable .Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

Ive really scratched my head for this and no forum has given a working solution.Im desperate.

Download and install the client from https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and test with that.

There are quite a few patches that need to be installed on Outlook 2007 to get it to play nice with Exchange 2013.  Testing with that client connectivity tool will remove the Outlook client variable and will determine if it's server/configuration related or Outlook client related.
