send and receive gives this error and I am using Exchange 2010

Sounds like a problem with the offline address book.

Does the issue occur on certain user mailbox or each user mailbox? Is the machine in a domain?
This issue can occur if the client is not a member of a domain. To resolve the issue, you should add an A record in DNS and point to the Exchange 2010 server. The
detail suggestion is already provided in Leif’s article.
