Does the issue occur on certain user mailbox or each user mailbox? Is the machine in a domain? This issue can occur if the client is not a member of a domain. To resolve the issue, you should add an A record in DNS and point to the Exchange 2010 server. The detail suggestion is already provided in Leif’s article. Thanks. Novak Wu-MSFT
